Christmas Closing / Dispatch 2024
Please take note of our December opening times. Please also note that delivery times may be longer during December, so please allow additional days between dispatch and delivery.
We will accept orders placed after 16th December up until the 19th December, however these will be shipped once we re-open from 2nd January.
Between the 19th of December and the 2nd of January, our warehouse will be dispatching periodically. Our customer service team will not be contactable between 24th December - 2nd January.

How long does my order take to arrive?
- Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.
- Your order can take between 1 - 5 days to be delivered.
Which carriers do you use to delivery orders?
We use either Royal Mail or DPD (depending on your location and order size).
How much is the delivery charge?
- £4.99 on orders £49.99 and under
- Free delivery on orders £50 and above
Returns
- Orders can be amended prior to checkout, including quantities and the items chosen.
