Once we receive your order and it's accepted we will dispatch your order within 48 hours (this does not include weekends). Any orders placed on a Friday may be dispatched the following Monday. We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail First Class delivery.

For orders under £50, our standard postage charge is £4.99. Orders totalling above £50 are free of charge.

When making payments on our online store, you will be using the checkout.com payment gateway, or PayPal. Both payment services offer the guarantee of total protection of your payment details and card information. Information required for each payment is sent in an encrypted form from your internet browser to the payment service. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment information.
